Subscriber Accounts

Paid Subscription Accounts

For ongoing subscriptions to resources such as the MOCA-PBR, renewal prices are subject to change. By signing up for a subscription product, you agree to allow Pediatrics Board Review to automatically process charges at the time of renewal. If your payment method fails, Pediatrics Board Review reserves the right to terminate your access and close your account immediately. If your payment method fails and Pediatrics Board Review does not terminate your access, you agree to be responsible for any past due payments. For members with renewal pricing that has been “grandfathered” or offered with a price freeze guarantee in which your renewal pricing has been fixed at a particular price, renewal pricing is subject to change if there are major changes in the amount of content being provided, major changes to the type of content being provided, or major changes to the platform through which the content is being delivered. For members with a price freeze guarantee, all efforts will be made Pediatrics Board Review to offer a new price freeze option if it has been deemed that major changes will require a price adjustment.

Privacy

These Terms of Use incorporate the entirety of the Pediatrics Board Review Privacy Policy (www.pediatricsboardreview.com/privacy_policy) posted on the Pediatrics Board Review Website.

No Unlawful Use

By accepting these terms, members acknowledge and accept that any grievances or disputes related to their membership, including issues surrounding termination, must be addressed through mediation rather than litigation. This mediation process is established to offer a balanced opportunity for both parties to address and resolve member-initiated grievances or disputes within a neutral environment, with the objective of achieving a resolution agreeable to all involved. In choosing to engage with our services, members commit to this designated method of dispute resolution, thereby waiving their right to seek resolution through the courts. This requirement for mediation does not apply to any actions or claims that Pediatrics Board Review Inc. may wish to pursue. In such cases, Pediatrics Board Review Inc. retains the right to initiate legal proceedings as deemed necessary.

Modifications

Pediatrics Board Review may modify these Terms of Use from time to time and changes will be effective upon posting to the Pediatrics Board Review Website. You agree to be bound by any modification of these Terms of Use when you use the Pediatrics Board Review Website, effective after their posting to the Pediatrics Board Review Website. It is therefore important that you review these Terms of Use regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

Refunds and Guarantees

By accessing PBR materials, you agree to all of the refund policies and pass guarantee information available at www.pediatricsboardreview.com/guarantee. If you feel PBR has not been able to fulfill its obligations to you, then you agree to participate with Pediatrics Board Review Inc. in mutually agreed upon 3rd party alternate dispute resolution (e.g., binding arbitration or private mediation with a retired judge), the possible outcome of which includes a refund of moneys paid.
