Refund Policies

Live, in-person sessions have a 72-hour refund policy.
Online products have a 48 hour-refund policy unless otherwise stated.
Group purchases are final and do not qualify for a refund.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable, including the built in expedited shipping costs for bundled packages, such as the PBR 12-Month All Access Pass, No Brainer, MOCA-PBR, and other bundles.
Hardcopy book returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Hardcopy orders purchased through Lulu.com, Amazon.com, or any 3rd-party vendor cannot be returned to PBR, but if you’d like to upgrade your purchase to one of the PBR “BUNDLE PACKS”, please email your receipt to us and we’ll see what we can do.

Hardcopy orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed (usually within minutes to hours), so if you are hesitant about a hardcopy order then please start with one of our online-only packages to preview the materials and then simply upgrade within 48 hours for the cost difference.
Hardcopy products purchased through one of PBR’s bundled packages may be returned within 30 days. Shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Books must be in their original condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of payment. If books were purchased as part of a discounted or bundled package which included online or digital resources, then please read below for additional caveats.
All qualifying refunds are issued to the original purchaser. When the original purchaser (the person or entity that made payment) is not the PBR member (the person with a username and password), the original purchaser must provide written permission to authorize a refund to the PBR member.
All rebates will be deducted from qualifying refunds.

This is a deeply discounted package which contains both online and hardcopy products. It’s extremely popular with a refund rate of < 0.05%.

48-Hours: If the online portion is “returned” within 48 hours of the purchase and you would like to keep the hardcopies, your refund portion will the equivalent to the difference between the Ultimate Bundle Pack price and the regular price of the hardcopy books. If you want to return the entire Ultimate Bundle Pack, then you will get a full refund minus any shipping costs. The refund will be posted once we receive your hardcopy books in their original condition.

48-Hours to 30 Days: After 48 hours, the online products become nonrefundable. Your purchase will still be eligible for a return of the hardcopy products. The hardcopy products need to reach us via a trackable shipping method within 30-days of your purchase date. We will calculate the cost of the online books (online Core Study Guide price + online Q&A book price) and also the cost of your shipping ($15 – $25). That amount will remain with PBR and the remaining amount will be refunded. Your refund will likely be in the range of $75.

PBR FOR LIFE:

This is bundled package which allows to deeply discount it when it is purchased as a single resource. It contains both online and hardcopy products. It’s extremely popular with a refund rate of < 0.05%.

Request within 48-Hours for a full refund: Please download our FREE chapters. Also, purchase the Online Bundle Pack first to see if you like the product. As a new member, you can EASILY upgrade to the Ultimate Bundle Pack or the PBR FOR LIFE! by simply paying the difference within 48 hours of your Online Bundle Pack payment. If for some odd reason you still want a refund of the entire PBR FOR LIFE! package within 48 hours of your payment, simply let us know. Mail the books back to us via a trackable shipping method within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund minus our $25 expedited shipping cost. Your refund will likely be in the range of $250.

That amount will remain with PBR and the remaining amount will be refunded. Your refund will likely be in the range of $50.

Request for a refund after 48-Hours but before 30 Days: After 48 hours, the online products become nonrefundable. Your purchase will still be eligible for a return of the hardcopy products. The hardcopy products need to reach us via a trackable shipping method within 30-days of your purchase date. We will calculate the cost of the online books (online Core Study Guide price + online Q&A book price) and also the cost of the expedited shipping ($25). That amount will remain with PBR and the remaining amount will be refunded. Your refund will likely be in the range of $150.

12-MONTH ALL ACCESS PASS:

WITHIN 30 DAYS: There are no partial refunds for the PBR 12-Month ALL ACCESS PASS. If for some odd reason you do want a refund, mail the books back to us via a trackable shipping method within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund minus our $25 expedited shipping cost.
