The PBR Money Back First-Time Pass Guarantee is not available if any of the following are true:

  • Your purchase was made as a repeat test-taker (i.e., you previously failed the exam you are preparing for)
  • Your exam was taken more than 18 months after your purchase
  • Your purchase was made within 45 days of your test day
  • You did not submit the PBR Registration Form within 90 days of your purchase(s) for each of your PBR resources
  • Your refund request is made more than 30 days after your results were released
  • You enrolled into a LIVE, in-person course.
  • You purchased your product from a 3rd party reseller
  • You purchased an eBook from a 3rd party reseller (Kindle eBooks qualify for a 50% Money Back First-Time Pass Guarantee)
  • You purchased your resource(s) via a special offer that is not available on the PBR Products page (https://www.pediatricsboardreview.com/products). These situations typically arise when a time-limited discount is provided to you via webinars, a special promotion on the PBR website, etc. In these cases, your Money Back First-Time Pass Guarantee WILL be honored, but it will be in proportion to the discount you received. The above terms and conditions also apply to all subscription-based resources (i.e., any resource that you are paying a monthly fee to access). Additionally, for all subscription-based resources (resources for which you signed up to make recurring payments in order to maintain ongoing access), up to 2 months of membership fees paid will be reimbursed. Those 2 months of fees must have been paid during the 2 months preceding your exam. Payment processing fees for orders which include multiple payments are not reimbursed. Extended memberships in which a membership was obtained for greater than one year of access (often pertains to special, multi-year resident pricing) qualify for a maximum of 1 year of reimbursement. For example, if access was obtained to a resource for 3 years for a total of $2100, then each year's value would be estimated at $700, and $700 would qualify for the Money Back First-Time Pass Guarantee.

MOCA-PBR QUARTERLY PASS GUARANTEE

The MOCA-PBR Study Guide & Test Companion helps you pass four quarterly MOCA-Peds assessments over 12 months. Passing 3 out of 4 assessments yearly maintains your board certification. Although failing one quarterly assessment doesn't mean you'll fail overall, we generously offer a quarterly pass guarantee. If you fail any quarterly assessment, you are eligible for a 100% refund for that quarter, provided all ABP-assigned questions were completed. Submit a video of your ABP portfolio results within 30 days of the failed quarter to process your refund. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICIES

  • Live, in-person sessions have a 72-hour refund policy.
  • Online products have a 48 hour-refund policy unless otherwise stated.
  • Group purchases are final and do not qualify for a refund.
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable, including the built in expedited shipping costs for bundled packages, such as the PBR 12-Month All Access Pass, No Brainer, MOCA-PBR, and other bundles.
  • Hardcopy book returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
