ANSWERS:

1. He has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The loose skin is one of the key differentiating findings to look for if you start thinking along the lines of Marfan Syndrome.
3. Easy bruising and poor wound healing are other findings unique to Ehlers Danlos.
